If this password is lost Ratings.Pol must be renamed or deleted from C:\Windows\System

Then goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / MICROSOFT / WINDOWS / CURRENT VERSION / POLICIES / RATINGS using Regedit.

Highlight the word KEY and delete this entry

Restart Windows and create a new password if required.
